What are your support hours?

 

Our customer support team is available to assist you during standard UK working hours, which are from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday through Friday. However, please note that our support services are not available on UK Bank Holidays. We are committed to providing timely and effective assistance during these hours to ensure that your inquiries and issues are addressed promptly.

Out of Hours Support

While we do not provide customer support outside of regular working hours, we want to assure you that we actively monitor our systems for any outages or significant incidents. Our out of hours support is specifically focused on addressing critical incidents that may affect our services rather than handling customer requests. For instance, if there is a malfunction with our API that hinders transaction creation for all users, our team will prioritize investigating and resolving that issue as quickly as possible. However, requests that pertain to policy changes or inquiries about individual transaction issues will not be addressed during these hours. This approach enables us to maintain the integrity and reliability of our services while ensuring that urgent matters are dealt with promptly when they arise.
