TrustVault x MetaMask extension doesn't login after entering password

 

If you see a spinner after entering your password in the TrustVault x MetaMask extension:

 

 

This may occur if you've recently logged out of the TrustVault iOS app, which deletes all global login tokens that the older extension can't manage.

To resolve this, you can:

  • Upgrade to the latest TrustVault x MetaMask (10.0.3.1)
  • Disable and then re-enable the extension in Chrome/Brave

NOTE: Back up your seed phrase for non-TrustVault wallets before disabling the extension.

After re-enabling, reconnect to TrustVault using the instructions here.
