Export Portfolio Report

Overview

This report is designed to provide a comprehensive portfolio view of all the assets that are supported. It will encompass a variety of data sources, ensuring that you have a clear understanding of your holdings. The report will include information from the following categories:

  • All supported Ethereum assets, which means you will have access to the complete range of tokens and assets that are recognized and supported on the Ethereum blockchain.
  • Bitcoin, one of the most widely recognized cryptocurrencies, will also be included in the report, giving you insights into your holdings in this digital currency.
  • Additionally, the report will cover all on-exchange asset balances for both BTC and ETH, providing a detailed view of your assets held on various exchanges.

However, it is important to note that this report will exclude data from several sources, which include:

  • Binance Smart Chain, which is a separate blockchain network that operates independently from Ethereum and Bitcoin.
  • XDC.Network, another blockchain that will not be represented in this report.
  • Unsupported assets on Ethereum will not be included, ensuring that the report focuses solely on assets that are recognized and supported.
  • Layer 1 (L1) and Layer 2 (L2) assets that are accessed via MetaMask will also be excluded, although Ethereum itself is included in the report.

Process

To export a CSV file of your portfolio, you need to simply click on the "Export Portfolio History" button. This button can be conveniently found in the top right corner of the TrustVault Web Wallets section, making it easy to access your portfolio data.

Upon clicking the "Export Portfolio History" button, you will be prompted to select a date range for the report. The portfolio is designed to reflect the daily fiat values of your assets, allowing you to assess your holdings over time.

The default currency for the report will align with the currency you have already selected in TrustVault Web. If you wish to change the currency in which the report is generated, you can do so by adjusting the TrustVault Web currency setting located in the top left corner of the interface.

The available time interval options for the report include:

  • Daily data for the last 31 days, allowing for a comprehensive overview of your portfolio over the past month.
  • Daily data for the last 7 days, which provides a more focused view of your recent activity.
  • A single day option, enabling you to look at your portfolio for a specific date.

The data that feeds into this report is collected hourly, which means that any exports will reflect values that are approximated to the nearest hour for accuracy.

Once you click on "Export Portfolio History," the process will initiate, and upon completion, you will be provided with a CSV file that you can download for your records.
